We are very happy to be delivering to you as usual, however please note delivery may be slightly disrupted or delayed due to COVID – 19. We’re working hard to deliver to you as quickly and as safely as possible, and we thank you for your understanding during this time.
In Stock or Factory Bespoke Order
We aim to ship your order within 5 days – should the item be out of stock we will email to confirm a delivery date. All Bespoke, Personalised, Custom orders will fall within our quarterly production process. Note: your Order will not be submitted to our factories in Tuscany, Italy until you have signed off the final design.

All prices in UK Pounds English Sterling with UK VAT where applicable.
Returns Policy
Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 14 days. Please ensure that all returns are sent to our Customer Service dept are handled by an insured carrier. Jordan Bespoke cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Jordan Bespoke will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods. Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised stationery or personalised leather products. Exchanges will only be offered, at the current retail price, for products in perfect condition, with the original packaging, for non-discontinued collections or lines. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Online Returns Process
As COVID-19 escalates, we have had to make amendments to our return policy, and will no longer be able to offer a complimentary return service until further notice. We are happy to accept returns from customers from all over the world in line with the above returns policy. Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any postage, custom and duties charges that your return may incur.
