About this policy
This policy explains how Jordan Bespoke Limited ("Jordan Bespoke", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on jordanbespoke.com. We are based at Bicester Heritage, 94C Buckingham Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX27 8AL, United Kingdom. It is written to meet the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
We only set non-essential cookies once you have given consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, such as items in your basket or your country and currency.
Some cookies are set by us (first-party). Others are set by services we use, such as Shopify, our e-commerce platform, and payment providers (third-party). We also use similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, and this policy covers them too.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
Cookies we use
We group our cookies into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the shop cannot work without them. All other categories are off until you opt in.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work: your basket, checkout, account login, security and your cookie choice. Under PECR they do not need consent.

Managing your cookies
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the shop works fully either way.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future cookies; it does not affect anything set before.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop your basket, login or checkout working. Browser guides:
To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more on cookies, visit the ICO's guidance.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove services or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. For how we handle your personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
