● Bespoke/Personalised Orders: These are included in our quarterly production process and are only sent to our factories in Tuscany, Italy after you have signed off the final design. If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an updated delivery date.

All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. 

Yes, merchandise in new and saleable condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Items must include original documentation. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised stationery or personalised leather products. Exchanges are only offered for products in perfect condition, with original packaging, and for non-discontinued collections.

No, customers are responsible for all return postage, customs, and duties charges. Jordan Bespoke does not offer a complimentary return service at this time.
