SJ being a huge Italian Leather Goods fan for many years, decided in 2022 it was his mission to find the Ultimate Italian Leather, crafted by an artisan-family tannery in Tuscany, he did!! The specification of Leather had to be a very high-quality grade, with a beautiful touch/feel and each hide having its own natural look – our Tuscan Leather Hides offer all these important properties allowing us to craft the perfect flawless article, reflecting the quality our global clients’ buyers expect, we are BESPOKE Jordan Bespoke

We aim to ship your order within 5 days – should the item be out of stock we will email to confirm a delivery date. All Bespoke, Personalised, Custom orders will fall within our quarterly production process. Note: your Order will not be submitted to our factories in Tuscany, Italy until you have signed off the final design.

Returns

Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Bespoke or Tailor Made items cannot be returned. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 14 days. Please ensure that all returns are sent to our Customer Service dept are handled by an insured carrier. Jordan Bespoke cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Jordan Bespoke will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods. Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised stationery or personalised leather products. Exchanges will only be offered, at the current retail price, for products in perfect condition, with the original packaging, for non-discontinued collections or lines. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
